Who would you be without religious trauma?
Let’s face it.
Religious trauma sucks. 🤮
And it’s holding you back.
It’s holding you back from the person you know you can BE, the things you know you can DO, and the life you know you can HAVE.
It’s holding you back from your AUTHENTIC self.
Because even after you’ve left religion and deconstructed it, the guilt, the fear, and the feeling of being not good enough still seem to haunt you.

I feel depressed just reading this list, and these are just a handful of the many destructive effects of religious trauma!
I know you’ve wanted to heal from this. You’ve tried. Perhaps you’ve deconstructed religion, or you’ve been to therapy, maybe you’ve bought courses and programs, or attended seminars and workshops, or even read books, etc.
And yet some of these symptoms continue to persist. You still feel broken. Something’s missing.
But here’s the catch: It’s not your fault.
Religious trauma is a relatively new field of study that is still being researched, and most therapists and coaches aren’t trained to deal with religious trauma let alone deal directly with the unconscious mind.
Most traditional therapy usually only 1) gives you conscious insights into what might be going on and/or 2) teaches you how to manage symptoms - but neither helps you eliminate the underlying problem.
Now don’t get me wrong. Both are very useful and necessary for growth and healing, but unless you address the REAL unconscious root cause, you’ll forever be in therapy and loop in the same problem over and over.
This is because your problem is rooted in the unconscious mind not the conscious mind.
Here’s the good news: the subconscious mind can be TRANCE-FORMED, religious trauma RELEASED, and the authentic self can be UNCOVERED. You just need to tap into your own unique inner reservoir of resources. (And it’s easier than you think!)
